RE: Minimwatch crashes after resume from suspend on Ubuntu17.10
Thanks for letting me know about this. I am away from home at present and I am unable to try this until I return. I will post back in the next few days with more information.

RE: Minimwatch crashes after resume from suspend on Ubuntu17.10
I have reproduced this problem. It appears there are major problems with both MinimServer and MinimWatch after a suspend/resume or a screen lock/unlock on Ubuntu 17.10 with GNOME desktop. These problems are caused by incompatibilities between GNOME desktop and Java. There is no simple fix for this. I will post back here if and when I have a solution or workaround.

RE: Minimwatch crashes after resume from suspend on Ubuntu17.10
A fix for this problem is available now in MinimWatch update 60. This update also fixes a related problem with "black icons" after doing a lock and unlock on GNOME. To install this update, you need to be running MinimWatch 0.8.5.
