PDF Booklets - Option Gone

There has been no change in BubbleUPnP, and I checked that it still works.

There's a typo in attached default.txt file (missing >)

Comment.displayFormat={$*infoFileURI^<a href="^"Booklet</a>$comment}

should be:

Comment.displayFormat={$*infoFileURI^<a href="^">Booklet</a>$comment}
