Minimwatch startup error - MartinBarrell - 19-10-2014 17:32

I had the 32 bit version of Minimwatch installed and decided to change to 64bit.
I deinstalled and reinstalled Minimwatch. I now get a pop up saying
Module file 'ohnet().1.0.1109.1.zip' not found on starting Minimwatch.
When I press OK Minimwatch shuts down.
When I checked the library ohnet(windows-x64)-1.0.1028.zip is present
Any ideas welcome

Don't have a definitive answer but remember reading posts about a mismatch between MinimServer/Minimwatch and Java. So it may be you have Java 32 bit and MinimWatch 64 bit

Thanks I have checked this and have 64 bit Minimwatch and 64 bit Java. All very confusing.
OK all fixed - Minimwatch caches data in a ../Appdata/Roaming/Minimwatch - deleted this and everything works

The error message is about ohnet().1.0.1109.1.zip, not ohnet(windows-x64)-1.0.1028.zip. The file ohnet(windows-x86).1.0.1109.1.zip was installed when you applied an update to 32-bit MinimWatch. Uninstalling MinimWatch doesn't remove installed updates, so you are getting the error because the update is still installed and ohnet(windows-x86).1.0.1109.1.zip isn't compatible with 64-bit MinimWatch.

It should be possible for MinimWatch to automatically remove the update when this mismatch happens, and I will look into this.

This change will be in the next release of MinimServer and MinimWatch.

OK thanks Simon
I am hoping that I did not cause any issues by removing the Roaming/Minimwatch folder?? - let me know if I need to do anything more
thanks
Martin

If you had customized any MinimWatch properties (not MinimServer properties), these would have been reset to their default values.

Is there a manual fix until the next release?

The manual fix is described in post #3 of this thread.
